The Parish Council meets at 7.30pm this evening at the Steyning Centre. The public are welcome to attend and can ask questions at one point on the agenda.
Apart from the usual committee reports, the main items on the agenda include decisions to be made on the youth provision, the subsidy for the Saturday 106 bus service and the budget/precept for 2013/14.
My County Councillor report to the Parish Council includes: –
A27 improvement Group update,
County Council allocation of £8.25m from Reserves to fix highway drainage hotspots and restore damage to highway network,
South Downs National Park Management Plan,
My support for use of Section 106 planning funds towards a subsidy from the parish council (and adjacent councils) for the Saturday 106 bus service,
Downs Link crossing of A283 Bramber Bypass, and
County Biffa MBT waste plant at Warnham.Leave a comment
